Sky was built at the 2025 SCSP AI Hackathon for the U.S. National Drone Association, and took 1st place. The idea: one agent that handles everything around a drone, so pilots and builders spend their time flying.
What Sky is built on
One agent, the whole lifecycle
Finding a part, designing a new one, testing it, and flying it happen in one place instead of five tools.
Simulate before anything flies
Every new part and every plan gets tested against real terrain and conditions first.
Learn from other pilots
The community turns every build, crash, and fix into something the next person can use.
From brief to first place
The brief
The U.S. National Drone Association brings a challenge to the 2025 SCSP AI Hackathon: make drones easier to source, build, and test.
The build
The team builds Sky — one agent that shops, designs, simulates, and flies, with a community around it.
The demo
Live, in front of the judges: a sentence becomes a CAD file, the part flies in a simulated real-world location, and Sky plans the launch.
The result
Sky takes 1st place. Demos are now available in private sessions.
